Piracymeter subscriptions are set up as monthly, auto-renewing plans designed to provide continuous content monitoring & protection without interruption. Each plan activates immediately upon payment and covers a full calendar month.
Manage Your Protection:
- After purchase, visit the "Projects" section in your dashboard.
- Activate your plan for the projects you want to monitor & protect.
- Tailor your protection: Turn the plan on/off for specific projects every 30 days to match your needs.

Yes, you can create a free Piracymeter account. This will provide access to our user dashboard and the comprehensive source data behind our reports, helping you understand the scope of the issue.
To prioritize copyright protection, we grant access only to verified business users. This typically includes:
- Copyright Holders: Individuals or entities who own the rights to copyrighted works.
- Government Organizations: Agencies focused on intellectual property protection and law enforcement.
- Non-Profits: Organizations dedicated to combating piracy and protecting intellectual property.
- Journalists: Professionals reporting on piracy trends and their impact.
Piracymeter subscriptions are offered on a monthly auto-renewal basis.
This means:
- Recurring Payments: Your subscription will automatically renew each month.
- Billing Cycle: You will be charged on the same date each month that you initially subscribed. For instance, if you purchase a plan on November 1st, your account will remain active until December 1st and you will be billed for the next month on the same day.

Yes, you can change titles within a plan every 30 days. For example, if you purchased a Max subscription, you can enable it for one movie the first month, and then for another movie 30 days later. This way, you can change your subscription for different movies and series.
All our services are paid for in advance. We accept payments via credit card, and Paypal.
For additional options (such as bank transfer or SEPA direct debit), please contact our support team.
If you do not wish to continue using the service, please cancel the auto-renewal option before the end of the billing period in My subscription of the subscription dashboard.
Currently, we do not offer the option to change the number of regions included in your subscription once it has been purchased. Your subscription will remain active and unchanged until the end of the paid period.
If you need to add more regions, we recommend purchasing an additional subscription and adding the same titles with the extra regions to this new subscription.
We do not provide refunds on pre-purchased plans (monthly subscriptions), with exceptions made only in cases of duplicate payments or service disruption due to technical problems.
If you are an EU citizen or company, you have to pay VAT on every product/service purchased in the EU. VAT will be charged at the rate applicable to the EU country you are located in.If you are not an EU citizen or company, then the price remains without VAT (0% VAT). If your company is VAT registered, you can claim all your VAT back from your local tax authorities. Alternatively, you can provide us with your business VAT registration number to avoid VAT charges. Login to your account, add a VAT to Account details in the subscription dashboard.
